Pavers give a driveway or patio a finished look and let you choose color, pattern, and border. World Class installs them across Tampa, from front drives to backyard patios with fire pits. Everything starts with a free estimate from James.
Concrete or pavers?
Concrete goes down in one pour and has a clean, simple look. Pavers are set piece by piece, which gives you color, pattern, and borders, and lets a single sunken spot be lifted and reset without tearing out the whole area.
James can quote both side by side. You compare the look and the upkeep before you decide.
Pattern, color, and borders
Past jobs include a tan and charcoal driveway beside a craftsman bungalow and a very large drive with a round planted island. Another is a circular patio with a fire pit and a curved seat wall.
One customer came with only rough backyard ideas, and James shaped them into a custom paver layout. Another made several design changes along the way, and the plan kept up.

Base prep under every paver
A paver surface is only as good as what sits under it. In sandy Tampa soil the base has to be excavated, compacted, and sloped, so storm water runs off the top and does not wash sand out from underneath.
Skip that step and pavers sink. One customer had sinking pavers in a lanai fixed and a new French drain added, which shows how much the base and drainage decide the result.
From estimate to the last paver
One customer called their paver patio gorgeous, even though it went in during extreme heat. The crew cleans up when the job ends and treats the rest of your yard with care.

Questions about paver driveways & patios
Can pavers be used for a driveway?
Yes. A driveway needs a stronger, well compacted base than a patio because of the vehicle weight. James plans the base for the load, and the crew lays the pattern and border you picked.
Can you add a fire pit or border to a paver patio?
Yes. Past patios include round fire pits, curved seat walls, and contrasting charcoal borders. Bring a photo or a rough sketch, and James works it into a plan you approve before the crew starts.
Is a smaller paver job worth calling about?
Yes. One customer with a small paver job got a quick turnaround, a fair price, and a crew that respected the rest of the yard. Call (813) 938-0930 or send the form, and James sets up a free estimate.
